Installation
Applying HQ Client crack is very similar to Store Operations cracking instructions.
To apply the crack, after installing Headquarters and service pack (optional but
recommended, FP1 first, then SP4, finaly FP2), follow the instructions below.
- 1. Running HQClient.exe, accept license agreement and using the key in SN.txt to
activate when it ask for. click Next and then click Cancel to quit the wizard.
- 2. Open "My Computer", change directory to Store Operations installation
path, default dir is "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters
Client\", click on menu "Tools", select "Folder Options"
menu option, then click "View" tab, make sure the "Hide extensions
for known file types" is NOT selected.

- For Vista/Win7 users, please press Alt key to show up the menu.
- 3. Rename original HQClient.exe to HQClient.ext, copy HQClient.exe and Activator.dll
to Headquarters Client installation directory, default path is "C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Headquarters Client\".
