As of version 12.8028, an unlock code is required in CRE and RPE to change your current payment processor, and you will not be able to activate it offline with latest version any longer, please includes your version info when you request a key, so I can send you additional patch file to register offline.
Please download the latest 32bit full release or 64bit full release, and the quick patch if needed.
The video here showing you 3 different subscriptions I have for pcAmerica CRE and RPE, you see the credit card unlock window in red because the unlock code entered is for that 30 years code, you will see it disappeared when running with the 30 years code.
